- Billing starts from office address
- Ends at office address
- Minimum charge is 1 hour, after which billing is per 15-minute increments
- When ordering outside Tallinn, a travel kilometer rate is added, depending on the selected vehicle
- For goods weighing over 100 kg, the price is agreed separately
- In case of false call-out, the client is obliged to pay a fine equal to the full price of the service
- Client complaints are accepted only on the day of service provision
- Cash only accepted from private individuals
- If a booking is cancelled or changed less than 24 hours in advance, Utiliseerimine24 has the right to charge a fee for cancelling the first agreed hour of work.
